IS CHUCK BLIND,IN ONE EYE,IT LOOKS AS THOUGH,THERE IS NO RFLECTION,IN HIS LEFT EYE.
HOPEFULLY,ITS A TRICK,OF THE CAMERA.

Nope he is not blind. I think the camera just reflected one of his eyes more.
