Andy and I went to a Reptile Show today and I just couldn't resist. I've opened my heart and home to two crested gecko babies.

They are so inquisitive and fast! :D

I have them set up in a little Kritter Keeper for now. They are 6-8 weeks old and tiger morphs. One is more brown while the other is gray. Still thinking of names. :D

At the moment they are in one of those plastic kritter keeper containers. I have a 30 gal. high tank, but they are so small that they could get lost in such a big enviroment. As they get bigger, I'll transfer them. :)

They are eating wonderfully! One of the little guys doesn't even give the crickets a chance. The poor little things don't know what hits them.

Their appetites are much better than Syth's ever was. Watching these guys I'm beginning to think more and more, that Syth was ill when I got him.

One gecko seems to go after the crickets right away while the other hangs back, so I'm keeping a close eye on them to make sure they both get enough food.

I went to a reptile show on saturday too. When I saw crested geckos I thought of you (and told Justin about Syth). :)

Congratulations on your new additions!

That's exactly like my two babies! One is a fast cricket hunter, the other waits for them to come to her. I had to take one out so the other could get a few!

*laughs* I may have to do the same thing. Or start putting more than enough crickets in so they'll both get something to eat. :)

Wow, are they ever beautiful! We have geckos all over in Hawaii (both indoors and out), however, they are not as "exotic" as this crested species.
Congratulations on your new additions! I'm so glad to hear that they are adjusting well and are such voracious little eaters! :D

Thanks everyone! :)

They wolfed down some babyfood last night and while spot cleaning their home, I found a tiny piece of shed skin! :D

Kimmy, have the cats noticed them yet??

They are precious! Would this be what we see at Petsmart, all piled on top of each other? Scott and I get the biggest kick out of checking out that part of the store, but we haven't concentrated on "who is who".

If Zam has, I have no clue. Logan however, sat on my bed the morning after I brought them home and stared intently across the room at their little cage. He never made a move to investigate though.

I think they see the geckos move occasionally, but since they don't have a furry critter smell, they just ignore them.

The local Petsmart doesn't carry crested geckos, while Petco does, but I guess it can vary from store to store. It's possible you see those. I know Leopard geckos will sleep piled up on top of one another. :)
