I had never even thought of it being a scam. I don't think it is as they wouldn't accept Paypal. They would have no access to the numbers needed to use the card. I'm going to probably get something this weekend and I'll let everyone know how it went.

I just ordered a ring. I've been wanting a thumb ring again for a long time, and, the one I just ordered is exactly like one I'd lost! Hopefully, it is, anyway. I got one of the pendants, came today! The chain doesn't come with it, but I paid an extra $3 for the chain as it is a gift for someone, and was surprised that it is a nice, not-too-flimsy chain. The chain alone is one you'd pay more than $9 for, retail.

There most likely won't be any pink stone available since they use all semi-precious -- pink is either a sapphire (or some other outrageously priced precious stone) or cubic zirconia.

My question is about the pierced earrings. Normally, I only wear high quality gold because my ears are sensitive. How does sterling compare with gold as far as the posts/wires on earrings? The descriptions do not mention the posts/wires so I am assuming they are also sterling. Any experience with this?

Some people who can wear gold can also wear sterling earrings, some cannot. If you try a pair and they irritate your ears, try coating the posts with clear nail polish, that is sometimes enough to prevent irritation and infection.

I used to work at an Earring Tree, which is how I know all that, despite not even having pierced ears myself! ;)

Thanks Karen! I am hoping that since the metal is pure - maybe it won't irritate my ears. I did try the nail polish once - but OOUCHH!!! it somehow reacted with my ears even worse:o I HATE having these sensitive ears but ♥ earrings!
