Love everyones pictures. Everyones so much better at taking pictures.

Well, you did said "OUR" favorite, so even though these are not great compared to most everyone, they are my favorite, all for special reasons to me.

This is what's normally a small calm lake, that we watched grow into this during one of last years hurricanes.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v180/Fox-gal/DSCF0048.jpg

An old tractor we came across in Alaska, walking in the woods one day.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v638/Trouble-friends/alaskatractor.jpg

A flower off our tree, that I kind of played with and now can't find the original. :(
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v638/Trouble-friends/yellowflowerfromyard.jpg

And just some from around the place in N.C.

They are called Day Lillies, and the color is called Amber Sunset. One of the easiest to grow and most popular lillies that there is.
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y165/tomandkatz/flowers/IMG_9886tripod.jpg
"""Like their name Hemerocallis, "beauty for a day", the individual daylily flower lasts only one day. However, a single plant may produce over 50 flowers. This large number of flowers can extend the blooming period of a plant for several weeks. With over 10,000 cultivars available and with periods of bloom available from very early to late in the season, daylilies can be blooming in a garden with the iris in the spring and continue through the fall chrysanthemums.
Daylilies are some of the most tolerant and popular of the garden perennials."""

Sorry about the quality of this photo. It was taken with my camera phone and it was starting to get dark out. One of those times that I wished I had a nice camera with me. It was taken out in Ocotillo Wells, CA

This was taken a couple of years ago when we had really bad wildfires. This was taken at 10am focused directly on the sun.

So many of these are framing quality!

We have some real artistic eyes on this board. Good composition, great color and subject choice.

Wish I could do so well.
