New Dawn pictures!

Someone in particular has been very eager for me to post some new Dawn pictures, and it has been quite awhile! So here are some pics of my Dawn girlie!


This one is from a week or so ago, she was checking out my betta Orion and he was flaring her like crazy. I managed to grab my camera and snap a picture before Dawn lost interest and walked away. The flash washes them both out a bit but it's still a cute picture!

The next couple are from when I wheeled her cage out and gave her a mist bath with the hose and let her sit outside for awhile. She's preening after her shower here.

The next few are from when I let her sit in the bay window for awhile watching outside. I put her bird bath there in case she wanted to bathe but she just wanted to wade a bit today, no bathing.

wow. She looks just so intelegent, I bet she is! She is beautiful, and I bet she likedbeing outside!

Woops, I forgot one! I got a rare in-flight picture (though a bit blurry). I had the camera focused on her and she decided to fly from my desk to her cage and I snapped a pic of her. Looks like her eyes are closed so she must have blinked when the picture snapped.

Gosh, I'm melting into a BIG PUDDLE here!!!!!! She is too cute for words!!! Adorable!!! The pictures are so wonderful...so crispy clear, and really show her personality. I LOVE how she's getting kisses from you. Muffin always does that too. It must be a girlie birdie thing...they have to get all the loving they can. ;)

VERY sweet pictures! Thanks for sharing, and please don't hide Dawn from us for that long ever again. ;)

Dawn is very pretty! I like the one with your betta. She seems so lovable, I know nothing about birds, didn't realize they are so affectionate. :)

Thank you for the compliments everyone, so glad you enjoyed seeing her :). She's a very cuddly girl and will often nuzzle my neck and cheek when she's sitting on my shoulder :)

Cass, my camera is a Sony Cybershot (DSC-S75). It's actually the same one I've used since I joined but I think I've learned how to manipulate the settings more the past year in order to get nicer pics.
