twelve.. thirteen.. help me figure this out!

I got an email with this pictures as an attachment. Can someone help me and figure out how twelve becomes thirteen? where did the thirteenth person come from? :confused:

I recommend you print it and cut it out, then you can see how it happens. It's all where it is cut and moved. I have seen something like that before- but in a GIF I'm not quick enough to see in detail how it moves.:D

I've printed it and cut the paper and move the top just like the gif file and it is exactly the same. Where did the 13th person come from? :confused: still confused here...

You must look at all the bottom parts and then see on which of them a top part arrives. It lies in the very small ends, just like the hair tops and the soles, not in the persons that are cut right in the middle.
