I put this in dog games. MAXIMUS would rather chew on the bottle than play with his toys.

He likes to take it apart piece by piece and spits out all the pieces.

Actually, Oggy and Flute would rather lobotomise stuffed toys.:D Of course Possum still being a pup, is quite willing to chew on anything, including Mum's lace cushion covers. :D

Mine will chew on bottles if they find them. Guess they like them for some strange reason???

Kirby is afraid of them.

but my brothers bridge dog Brute(pug mix) used to chew on bottles too!

i think they like the sensation on their gums or something.

no.. :o my dog is trained to not. I'd also be afraid if the cap of bottle would choke the dog! buster is a handsome lovebug! hope had you watching him being a goofball made you feel a little better! :)

gemini, maybe because of crinkling sounds? I can't say I know because I can't hear but... dunno.

Mine tends to pick them up at full pelt, run around a bit with them then charge off on his next mission of destruction - crazy animal!

3 out of 5 do (Micki, Mini, Kyra) but Micki and Shadow don't.

Kyra has to keep an eye on the milk jugs because somebody else might steal them...

Gracie loves plastic bottles. She steals them if they are sitting on the end table.

Nanook loves plastic bottles.
Most plastic soda bottles he can chew the top off so well that you can screw it back on! He loves the squished milk jugs too!

Other free toys he LOVES:
egg cartons
paper towel/gift wrap tubes

He prefers any of those over "real" dog toys! lol

Roscoe doesn't bother with plastic bottles, he much prefers a stuffed toy or rope. He rips stuffed toys to pieces and throws the insides all over so it looks like a cloud landed in the living room. He has so much fun, how can I be mad??

Those are the best cheap fetching toys, especially in the water if you keep the cap on.

Lacey used to play with plastic bottles when she was pup, she liked to throw them around too! Mandy never was a chewer, she just likes to carry things around. :)
