Siggy makers!

I'm wondering, which programs do you use to make siggies?

To make my blinkies (oooops... come to think of it... don't have one added here!) I use PSP 7 (yup... still stuck on 7!), and the siggy I have here, I used Adobe PhotoDeluxe 2.0 (probably up to 2000 now... but still stuck in the "stone age")

I use Adobe Photoshop CS and Animation shop.

I use Photo Studio 5, a free software that comes free with Canon Scanner :D

My trial has expired on PSP 8 and it won't let me download it again. Errrrgh, oh well. I need to figure out something else, even though I'm not a siggy maker, or I'm going to go insane. Trying to find a good program to download, simply because I cannot afford to buy any software.

GIMP is free and psp 7 my friend sent the file through the computer as well as 8.
