My brother found a basset!

He's really cute and looks well taken care of(and he's neutered) so hopefully we'll be able to find his owners soon. I'll post pics of him when I can(I need to find batteries for the camera). My brother found him on the side of the highway on his back to our house from dropping me off at a riding lesson.

We found his owner, she's going to be here to pick him up around 7:30 tonight. The dog's name is Moses

Yes, she decribed some features on him and gave us his name.
