Wow, that looks fantastic! Is that moss at the bottom?
When do you get your froggie?

thats an awesome tank! Kermit will be a very happy froggy :p

..is that a waterfall in the rocks? Maybe I'm imagining it, but it looks like a waterfall.

Yes that's moss - I bought a vaccum sealed brick of the stuff.. and yes that's a waterfall. I'm still awaiting an ultrasonic fogger addition to it that fits underneath one rock part that comes off to reveal a reservoir just the right size for a fogger to fit in.

It will be totally awesome when it's done...

As for the frogs - I haven't ordered them yet. I am waiting till next week to see if one of the local stores will get any in. I'd prefer to buy it close to home. Frogs are too delicate to be shipping across the continent if you ask me. I would've gotten it from LLLReptile.com but they're in California and I am in Connecticut

Good luck. I hope you get them soon!
I think they're going to be some pretty happy frogs with that place to live in. I hadn't even noticed the waterfall.
Seriously, nice job.

I have two turtles. One roams the apartment and the other is in a tank filled with about five inches of water, with a rock for him to climb up on and one of those in-tank filters. It's really cool because the filter spills the water back into the tank and creates a "waterfall" that he loves to hang out under. Of course, I mean, who wouldn't, right? His tank is also in a corner by the window, so he gets some afternoon sun to bask in, and his tank is surrounded by my plants. I'm dying to get him a larger tank, though, because I'd love for him to be able to have more room, but those things are SO expensive! I mean, it's just a glass box, but the size I would like is upwards of $250! Crazy! I think I'm going to try Craigslist or e-bay or something, maybe I can find a used one.
