My brother sent me this pic tonight. She had gotten in this chair while they were packing for a trip a few weeks ago. Her name comes from where she was found: Athens TN. She was a little abandoned kitty. They think she's a Maine Coon.

She's beautiful and she came from just down the road from me. I think Athens is about a 45 minute drive from my house.

I just love that picture and her name. :)

I don't know about being an MC, as I don't see the tufts of fur on top of her ears or coming from her paws. She could be partly though, but she looks like she could have Norwegian Forest cat in her also.
I'm sure the ones with more expertise could tell you.

She makes me think of KAK's Sky. Maybe she has some Ragdoll in her. Is that the right breed I'm thinking of?

She's gorgeous.:D I'm not sure what she is but she's defintiely a DLH. I was told by some breeders that Sky has some Norwegian Forest Cat in him and some kind of Siamese too.;)
