I just received an email from the vetservice here in NZ about a product called BIOHELP, I am really interested in purchasing this for my cats, especially Ash.

It is designed to improve the digestion of the usual cat and dog foods.
It contains probiotics,,vitamins, minerals, and disgestive enzymes and stimulates the production of friendly bacteria and micro-flora in the gastro-intestinal tract.

The theory is cats and dogs used to obtain micro-flora necessary for healthy digestion primarily by eating raw stomach contents of their kill., this is where BIOHELP comes in replacing this , thus creating and maintaining optimum balance of gut fibre.

It helps to keep the coat and skin healthy, reduce symptons of arthritis(why I am considering it for Ash and because he has tummy problems at times), may help fussy eaters, and markedly improves all over health in the animal.

It is very cost effective and requires only a small does daily.

I wondered if anyone has heard of this product, if so what do you think about it?, I am going to ring my vet and ask about it.
