You know cookie I never thought of that but maybe you are right. I know though my RB Mytsi used to box my Rb Shadow's ears like that and never had her claws out. Mytsi definately wasn't declawed. But boy when she beat Shadow around the ears you would swear she would tear him apart but never did she give him a single scratch. So maybe tubby kitty is not as big a roughy as he/she looks.
