Sadly Misty killed a wild baby bunny yesterday....

A few days ago she nearly caught one (I believe the same one) but luckily I was in the yard and managed to grab her just as she was about to bounce on it. Yesterday... no such luck, I wasn't around and she caught it. :( I was so upset and cried for hours... Rest in peace little one.

Don't feel bad. Lots of animals prey on bunnies, babies particularly. This time it was Misty, but she was just being a dog. That's why rabbits breed so often and readily. Rest in peace, sweet baby bunny.

Even though Misty was just following her instincts, I know it had to have been so very upsetting to witness :(. I'm very sorry that it happened, I know you must have been devastated.
