Rocky is such a goofy ball.

This morning I went out into the backyard.
Rocky got a little excited and ran into the metal raised
food bowls. The bowls went up in the air and made
enough of a loud noise that
Rocky got startled, untill he realized what he had done.
Once he had realized he scared himself with the bowls he
started acting goofy, play bowing and running around the yard
in circles doing that spazy run that dogs do when they
are happy. I guess he was relieved that the noise was only
his food bowls. :p

Here is a picture of Goof ball Rock.

Of course I have to have one with Sheba.

This one I had to show you what a mess the birds make from
my bird feeder. I think their is more seed on the ground than in
the feeder. You can imagine the poop they leave too. ;)

Oh Rocky, you goofy guy. You thought it was really funny when you realized, didn't you? Running around the yard laughing like that. I bet it didn't scare that pretty girl Sheba. That's because she knows that you can keep the yard safe from wayward water bowls. ;)

Beautiful pictures of both of them (you really need to share more with us;)).

Oh and about the birdseed, birds are so messy aren't they:o

Too funny! Do you think sometimes pups get embarrassed and that's why they act silly afterwards? :D Both of your pups are so adorable! :)

Oh Rocky you silly boy! My cats do that all the time. Andy in particular will scare himself and then goes into frantic grooming mode as if to say "I meant to do that and am not bothered at all - see, I am already busying myself with my bath!" LOL! It's nice to see pictures of your two again. :)

Thank you everyone.
I wish I could have caught it on video, but
my software programs do not seem to be compatible with the Quick Time that my kodak camera uses.:(

I wish you could have seen his face. I think that dog
was actually relieved and so tickled that
he figured out he scared himself.

He does keep me in stitches, aren't are fur babies
characters. :D

Whew, I almost missed them though. You better make sure you let me know when you post pics next time. I don't ever want to miss them ;)

Karen, you told the account so well, I didn't need the video. I could picture the scene. Don't you love it when they react to something with that kind of exuberance? It's one of (the many) best things about having a dog and actually a life lesson we could learn from them.

Your story reminds me of my Airedale, Candy, who loved to ride in the car, peferrably in the front passenger's seat. One day she farted and the noise was quite loud and scared her to the point that she jumped. The startled look on her face was priceless.

Rachel that story was priceless. :D

(I remember when Pepper use to fart and she would turn
around and look at her butt. With the expression on her
face. "Where did that come from?"
