I had a GREAT check-up

Just came back from the doctors and every thing is good! My cholesterol count is where it should be, she liked that I lost weight, and best of all they checked my blood sugar and it was 96! I heard the assistant say " Wait till I show this to the doctor" after she tested me. I must have done something right!

Amazing David!!! Congratulations!!! I'm working hard right now too .... can't wait to see how I do at my next check=up! Diabetes is a constant battle! GREAT JOB!
