Gross. I knew I shouldn't have opened this while I'm eating my lunch. Ticks are disgusting.

Reminds me of why I hate this time of year- the big orange flying ticks we call june bugs. Ewwww I'd almost rather find a real tick on me

Major had two like that last year. They were so sick. This year he hasn't had any that big. I pulled four off him tonight. They are so gross. We have this repellenty stuff, we haven't put it on him yet. We need to give him a bath and then put it on but its been raining every day...bleh. I can't wait to put in on him....it repels fleas and mosquitos too.

Do you use anything on her for ticks? Autumn and Pepper never get ticks and we go all over tick country with them. I've gotten ticks in places we go and they never have. We used to use frontline, then switched to hartz- not the kind with permethrin which is harmful to animals. Just wondering.

Yep! After we pulled the ticks off her we put some tick and flea stuff on her, but it wont work too good now, because it has been raining out all week :o
