Where is the web site for the Rainbow Bridge?

Someone on another web site is loosing her beloved dog and I want to send the address to her. She is having a hard time letting go. She nursed him through the last year but he had a stroke yesterday and is now paralysed. He is a big red chow and companion to her for many years.

She had her beloved car put to sleep but it was hard since the cat struggled for air a long time so she does not want to go through that again with her dog.

She is deciding today what to do. She wants to be there for him no matter what. :(
