Katie & Chipper meet Kitty. :)

Okay, here are some pics of my Katie girl and Chipper meeting the baby. I couldn't take too many good pictures because they were moving around too much.

Anyhoo, here is Katie, who seemed more interested in the litter box than anything else.

Katie really wanted nothing to do with the little tyke. Everytime he came near her she would give a very low growl, letting him know, he better back off. But all in all it went well

Next post comes Chipper. :)

Chipper didn't hiss or growl, but he was very nervous around Kitty.

As long as Kitty kept his distance, Chipper was okay, but the minute Kitty would jump towards Chipper, then Chipper would bolt.

All in all though, I think so far, the intros are going reasonably well.

This pic is just gorgeous. The way Kitty and Chipper are gazing at each other like they are having a non-verbal converstion.
Looks like the intros went ok. Kitty doesn't seem the least bit nervous and the Poppy, Katie and Chipper have done well for first time intros to such a little one. Good Job.

I have always been amazed,by the way,that Kiitens react,to Big Cats,and vice versa,as The Big cats,are always,a little afraid,it seems,of the Tiny Little Ones.I think,that they are afraid,of the Kittens nervous energy,and unpredictable ways.That is great,that thier first meeting,went so well.Scrappy 2,is doing much,better,in that respect,than Pouncette.

Things seem to be going OK in these introductions, huh? I'm in the same process with Angel and Little Orphan Annie. The growling when the little guy gets close is what Angel does with Annie. I'm glad to find out it's typical, and even normal at this stage.

Those pictures are adorable. Kitty is SO tiny next to the bigger cats! (Thanks for using Imagestation so I could see them, too. I REALLY appreciate that!:) )

Awwww sweet little infant kitty. :) :) He wants his mommy, but glad you're a great substitute for him till he gets bigger. Judging from how quickly "Little(?) Poppy" grew, it won't be long before this tiny tyke catches up! :D

Oh Lorraine that is so sweet!!! He looks so tiny next to the big kitties. I'm sure Poppy is going to be his best friend and just as soon as "little bit" gets a tad bigger I'm sure they will be tearing up the house!!:D
