Uploading Video To Macs?

Does anyone know if I can upload videos on Mac notebook computers? I have a video of my fish that I would like to share...

Sure - there's no reason you cannot. Just save it as a common file format, but when uploading and dowloading stuff, it doesn't matter what platform you're on.
