Ruger was a return to the shelter when his human died. Such a gentle old soul. He's only been there for a few weeks, but they have not been good ones. We found out he had Addison's disease and we knew his heart was broken from the loss of his human. His health failed quickly and he went to the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. I don't think he had the heart to get well.
