"We've gone into hiding! A certain bad kitty won't find us here!"

"If that bad kitty keeps squabbling, we're gonna be bald before long!"

"Luckily Meowmie puts the bad kitty in jail when she's bad."

"Oh, Aunties! Can't you help us make this bad kitty be good?"

Oh no! Is she still being nasty? Lacey this is starting to not look so good.:( Do you think its getting any better? You have done everything right and very slow. I'm sure hoping that Ms. Kahlua is not going to be one of those kitties that needs to be alone.
Have you thought about medicating her? You may need to just to calm her down and get everyone on track.

My poor Mowg and Zelda! Bless your hearts. You two have been so good and along comes this nasty girl!!! Shame on her! Maybe we know why she got kicked out of her previous home, huh Mowgli?;) :D

Oh dear....she's at it again eh??? TSK TSK

Mowg and Zelda - I think she needs to lose a bit of her own fur. Now, I am not pushing for a catfight exactly, but ya'll were living there first right? That makes YOU the Queen and King of that domain!! How about putting your heads together and *ambushing* her. I tell you - I really like that new girl, but she might just need to be taught a lesson by the two of you. This means kick butt, hair flying and lots of screeching.

Let us know how it goes. K? Oh and while Kahlua is in jail, you can practice by really strutting your stuff in front of the locked door;)

Now don't hurt her too badly or anything - just let her know she can't push you around.Yikes if this keeps up, maybe Meowmie might have to think about finding her another place where she can be an only kitty??

:D :D at those two behind the couch!!!:D :D

:( :( :(

You know, it might be worth $25 to talk to a pet communicator. I've never called one myself, but I'm thinking about it.

...and amazingly, after Kahlua gets let out of jail, things have been all quiet. Since the squabble that took out that bit of Zelda fur, there's been only one hissy session.

Things might finally be starting to look up!

Oh you poor little kitties. :( I really think you should try medicating Kahlua. You may not even need to do it long term, just long enough for the friendships to start.

We had a similar situation about 15 years ago. It was like living in a demilitarized zone - horrible - :(

We ended up finding another home for the newest member. He had to be the Alpha male, and it just wasn't working with our older Alpha.

Maybe with medication you can get these three to at least tolerate each other.

If things haven't improved by the end of the month, I might just check in with my vet about medicating Kahlua.

Though right now I'm still celebrating that hour and a half of Kahlua on the loose and only having one hissy session. Every time I checked on them, Kahlua was just chilling under the table and Mowgli and Zelda were still on the windowsill behind the couch. I'd go and pet Mowgli and Zelda and assure them that I wasn't going to let the big, bad kitten eat them, and Kahlua would just follow me to the couch, but she didn't jump up or go after anyone. :D

Though I do agree with Debbie that if Mowgli would just haul off and beat the snot out of Kahlua a few times things would settle down. I mean, when Kahlua squabbles with Zelda, it only lasts a couple of seconds. But when Kahlua goes after Mowgli it turns into a chase.

If time and meds don't do the trick, I might try the communicator next (and maybe find out what Mowgli's deal with the towels is while I'm at it). :p
