Nope. I don't see what the big deal is with them, but suddenly everyone either has one or wants one. I'm one of those cheap people that buys merely nessecities, which is practically nothing lol....So the thought of something really expensive but unnessecary turns me off...I have a discman and that's good enough for me!

Yup! I've dropped it so many times and it is finally starting to give out. A rubber band is holding it together. :p

I have to have music with me and I just hate carrying cd players. I'm hoping to get an mp3 player with a hard drive (similar to Ipods) after I save up a bit.

I am a total digital Grandma! I have a MP3 player, just bought it this time home. I have been wanting one for a long time as carrying the portable boom box or CD players are a problem when I am traveling so much and accidently leaving it in the galley, the crew will use it and they don't take care of anything. I love how small they are and mine came with a arm band to put it in so I can "jam" away as I am working. I even made me some uniform tops with a pocket on the chest and a loop on the shoulder to run the ear phone wires through to keep them out of my way.

I love how you put the songs on them and right now I have over 50 songes on mine. They are so easy to load up and the battery lasts forever!!

We get quartely bonuses and I always use it to "treat" myself for some extra that I want. I got a RCA at Wal Mart and a extra 256MB card for mine. (same size card as my camera takes.) I love music and I love this little MP3 player, it is so darn cool!!

My brothers got me an Ipod for Christmas and I love it. Since I take care of our Dad and spend a lot of time in doctor's offices with him they knew I really wanted one so I'd have something to listen to. I've been using it out in the yard when I work this spring and it's been great. Keeps my energy up.

I have an ipod shuffle.
I got it cuz it was $100 instead of a $200 ipod mini.
I really got sick of dirty cds, switching them around, forgetting them, etc, etc, etc. They are SOOO much better than cd players!:D

Yup, I have an iPod photo and a mini. I also have one of those flash player (my first one). I loooooooove my iPod. :D

Yes, I have a couple of MP3 players, including an IPod. I also have an MP3 system in my Cavalier.
