The rescue that I have mentioned not long ago, that wanted me to sort of "join forces" with them, has been overtaken by kitten season. She has 5 litters of teeny ones, THREE of which are bottle babies! So, here I am again .... bottle-feeding teeny weenies! ;) These two are sisters of a litter .... one of their siblings passed away yesterday, and another is struggling ... so I only have these two for now. Tina (other rescue) is an experienced vet tech, so I let her do the really touch and go sort of stuff ... I've had my "fill" of all that in the past! Too un-nerving for me right now! ;)

Anyway, here are 2 quick pics from late last night ... of course, there will be many more to come:

What tiny sweet baby girls Kim. :) Any idea what's going on with the babies that one has died, an another is not doing too well? Where's the mama of them? They look so precious, but also look to be at an age where those round the clock feedings aren't needed anyway. ;)

To answer Jen and Lisa ... not sure about the mom .... but they have what appears to be the "typical" diarrhea caused by Coccidia. We have dewormed, and are giving medicine for the diarrhea and Coccidia. Please keep them in your prayers! So far, so good!;)

Well, one of the babies I had started having watery diarrhea ... and a couple of the ones (from same litter) that Tina still had, were even worse. So ... they all went to the vet yesterday morning. Tina got some new meds, and the doc seems to think they will pull through ... they have Coccidia plus some other bacteria in their little bowels! :( They are all just going to stay back at Tina's now ... so she can medicate them. I have become a little "gun shy" with sick babies, and Tina is an experienced former vet tech! I'll try to keep you all updated on these precious wee ones!;)
