I call it, The Giselle
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v474/LSophie/The%20Dogs/IMG_1266.jpg
It consists of two homemade biscuits (thank you bckrazy for the recipe!) stuffed with all-natural yogurt- one is topped by a dollop of whipped cream and garnished with a flake of lemon. The other is slathered with the oh-so-yummy goodness of honey yogurt, topped with a dash of cinnamon. LOL!!! :p

And what does Mademoiselle Giselle think of this?

LOL, I don't have any culinary skills but somehow this turned out halfway decent.

I can't seem to find the original recipe posted by bckrazy, but here it is (I wrote it in paragraph form- sorry :o):

Boil 1 cup of water. Add in 1 cup oatmeal and a 1/2 stick of butter. I wasn't sure whether or not to turn off the heat, so I left it on a low flame. Stir in 1/2 cup cornmeal, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1-2 tbsp cinnamon, and 1 egg. Mix well. Then add 3 cups of flour, one cup at a time. Knead on floured surface. Roll to 1/2" thick. Cut out shapes and place on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Brush on the glaze, and bake in a 325*F oven for 35-45 minutes.

Glaze:
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp cinnamon (I use a little less than that)
Blend together and brush on cookies.
