white discharge from nipples of male cat?

he had scabs on top of a few of his nipples and when when squeezed the nipples a white discharge came out, seemed almost like thickened milk..what is this..help!:confused:

Not sure what that could be. :confused: Are you sure he's not a female? Maybe you should put this in Cat Health, you will get alot more replies.

That is odd, VERY odd. You sure "he" is a "he"? You said scabs there, are they sores and that is puss coming from the sores?

My Perspicacity "Cassy" has had white discharge from HIS nipples, too. The first time I noticed it, I rushed him into the vet. Nothing abnormal, apparently, although we are watching it.

Vet's current theory: Apparently his nipples are 'innies' and he's not the most thorough of tummy washers ... but why he'd express milk occasionally just seems weird to me.
