Yep you heard me right! I'm the proud owner of a van (aka the Dogmobile:D).

Tuesday I gave up my Durango rights to my husband and now am driving a van;) I feel like a Soccer mom now...lol

But honestly I have to say I love it. I mean who wouldn't love being able to take your kids in the car with you, not having to worry about all the hair or messing the windows up. And in this thing Bon can just walk in instead of me lifting his butt up in it!
They all seem to like it just as much as I do if not more. Just take a look at these happy faces!

Of course the van came with two rows of seats, but we decided to take them both out to give the dogs all the space their little hearts desire:D
And if we have passangers...they can sit in the floor:p Just kidding, we would put them back in...it only takes a couple of minutes;)

I mean look at all the room they have to roam (wish we would have had this last week when Amy and Kay were up!).

Now that I finally have a van I can call my own, instead of pimping it out I'm going to doggie it out!! I've already got a cute little wheel cover with doggie prints all over it! Mark will never want to drive it once I'm done. It's a work in progress so I will keep you updated on all the new additions:D

Anna, that is so funny. That's why I bought a van - for the dogs! It makes it so easy to load them. I park my van in the garage so when we're ready to go somewhere, I open the van door, open the back door, load the dogs, shut the van door, get in, open the garage door and we're going BBITC (bye bye in the car).

Your dogs will love it - mine do!
:D

Boy! What a nice van! Those are some spoiled dogs! I've always "hated" those vans but I had to rent one when my car went into the shop for some body work. I LOVED it!!!!! I'd love to get one! But I'm stuck with my wagon for now. Congratulations on your new van! I hope your dogs enjoy it!

Anna, you are so funny! I'd love to know where you found the wheel covers. Just look at all those happy dogs. You are going to have a lot of fun. Glad you finally found something big enough for Bon.

Congrats on the new van!!!

Our van is a 2003 Chrsyler Voyager (they started making it under the Chrysler name, but same basic van ), and the dogs love it!! We took the seats out about 7 months ago when Ralph was first picking up wood and supplies for the basement, and the dogs enjoy the space, so we haven't put them back. Did work out really well, when I had our three and Chrsity's three all in there for a trip to the park.

Oh How True!!

No matter what the purpose of the trip out into da Bus Garage is,
ALL THREE *have* to accompany me...

They all race around da FireBus a few times - my guess is looking
for an "open door".

If we're NOT going on a Bus Trip and I'm doing something in the garage,
it gets very *QUIET* ...
If I take a peek - I'll find All Three either standing, sitting,
or laying at the left, rear, car door - intently <STARING>
at the door handle ...
doing their best to Levitate it into the OPEN position!

Bus Trip?
LOOK OUT - you'll get run over by the Stampeed!

How fun for you, Anna!!!! :) As you know, my "dogmobile" is a Jeep Grand Cherokee. And NONE of the dogs can jump up in it!!! That would be the reason, the only reason, for me to drive a van, but it's a pretty compelling one!!! LOL!!!!!!

Have fun!!! :)

I'm so jealous. I want a van for my pets so badly. I told my mom last week that I want a van and she laughed because I'm only 23 and I don't even have any skin-kids yet. My dogs are small, but because there are 5 of them, I'd really like a van.

I have 4 littles and one medium and I LOVE my van. It makes it so easy to transport them anywhere. I can leave seats in/strap them in or take seats out/let them wander. I never thought I'd be a minivan driver, but I wouldn't trade it now.
:o :D
