How many people have leash trained their cats?

Can it really be done and if so is it safe to walk them in the neighborhood without having dogs running after them?

Also what would you think if you saw someone pushing a cat carrier down the street? They have some but they look like baby carriages. Cool or not cool?:confused: Scary or not scarey?
