sometimes it doesn't show. I think it only allows so many people per hour or something, if it doesn't work just wait a few minutes and give it another try. Thanks

That breaks my heart.. poor little Tug, especially being as young as he is. I will be praying for him and hope he is able to get the surgery and live a long happy life without any pain or discomfort from his leg.
