Among cases handled recently by the Washington Humane Society -
SARATOGA AVENUE NE, March 21. A district woman asked animal control to remove her pet rabbit from her apartment. She said she had obtained the rabbit to chase mice away but found that it preferred to just play with them. She said there seemed to be more mice since the rabbit arrived. The rabbit was expected to be transferred to an animal rescue group.

I've been thinking about this since I read the story this morning. I think I may have to go into the bunny biz, my dogs and cats not withstanding  By the way, by "bunny biz" I mean there is a special bunny out there that has called to me.

  some people just make you wonder. this is just like the story about the woman who burnt down her apartment by setting her cats litterbox on fire because "it was getting too full and I didn't like the smell". I say remove those owners, not the pets.
