You see a lot of those in e-mail forwards. I suppose it could happen, but I doubt this one is true.

You can sort of tell it's a joke because on the bottom where it says: (on the bottom)

This is NOT a joke e-mail, this is regarding to save a new life. Please dtake this message seriously. Thank you!

notice how TAKE is spelled wrong? Someone who was truly serious about something like that, would most likely go over it, and make sure there was no spelling mistakes (IMHO).

It's a hoax.

You can find them in most of the cases on the Hoaxbusters website:

Hoax Krista Marie (http://hoaxbusters.ciac.org/cgi-bin/webglimpse-hoaxbusters/www/hoaxbusters/archive?query=Krista+Marie&whole=on&lines=on&errors=0&age=&maxfiles=50&maxlines=30)

www.hoaxbusters.ciac.org

These days I got a very similar one about a dying baby called Rachel.

Just imagine what a kind of help it would be if someone like AOl said: We will save your baby only if so and so many people klick this ad!!!!!!!!

There is no way that emails like that can actually be tracked. It's just a scam..
