I just called home last night and my Dad said that the Sirrah clan has been passing around a flu bug:( :( Hopefully you'll see them back in a couple of days. You know how groggy and sleepy being sick can make you:(

Hope they all feel better. Passing "the bug" around is not any fun. Thankfully, knock on wood... hubby and I have stayed healthy from the flu. I was concerned this flu season since they didnt give teachers the shot. Glad I started making hubby take 1000 milgrams of vitamin C in the summer. It's really helped, he hasnt even had a cold, nor I. Excercise, Diet and plenty of rest has helped us. :)
