I know I never come over here, but I HAD to post! I am soooo very happy right now that I could burst. I have been sooo worried about Miss Nicki for a while. She had her yearly white coat appointment this morning. I nearly canceled it several times for fear what the vet would tell me about my old lady.
WELL.... the vet says her teeth are the best teeth she's ever seen in a 10 year old dog, her ears are wonderfully clean (she actually made a gasp of surprise when she saw how good my girl's ears looked.) Her eyes are clear and bright and healthy. She lost 3 pounds (which is good) since last year. Nicki got an A++ vet report! YAHOOOO!! To say I am happy is an understatement.
We also came home with a prescription for Etodolac for her arthritis. I hope to see an improvement in her with the assistance of the med.
Looks like Miss Nicki will be around for a good long while yet (whew)
