Well I am impressed.
That is why they are in such good shape.

I haven't even stepped one foot in a gym this year.
(maybe I should) ;)

Sammy101, the gym is in my basement, i am a personal fitness trainer, but my doggies train me, especially during crunches they each stand over me and every time i come up i get a big wet kiss from each of them, it is soo cute, keeps me goin, haha:D
