...sat on my lap!! Not on a blanket over my lap, not joining the other kitties but on MY lap!! Well, sort of. I was in my recliner and she actually jumped to my lap by herself and started to settle in. She could not seem to get comfy - maybe she did not like my new jeans?? Anyway, she started digging and diving between my legs!! So I let her drop between them and she happily got cozy:D Of COURSE I have pictures as evidence! What a a happy day!!

Well, I AM sitting on a soft fleece blanket that she loves and it is possible she really wanted me OFF the chair so she could sit there...but I say she was *sort of* on my lap:D What do you think???

She did not stay long ...jumped off and went to the top of the loveseat, which is her favorite nap spot. So, I got up and went to her...and she rolled over!!! Them the Ice Princess actually granted me the privilege....of rubbing her belly!! :eek:

Definately progress, she does look so content. Lizzie is a gorgeous kitty. I love her eyes, she looks like she has eyeliner on :D

Spring must be coming a lot of those ice princess are melting. (mine too) whay to go Lizze make mom feel loved you know you have to keep the help happy (so hard to get good help)

Yippie! Maybe she was trying to show Misha that she's a good girl? I see those chubby cheeks in the one photo! :D Way to go Lizzie... you know you want to be a cuddly girl!

That's great news, Debbie! Especially that she let you rub her belly!!! See, you just need to give her time.

I have a feeling that Lizzie will be loved on when SHE wants it! She's just gonna be that kind of cat. Just like my Josie. :)

Oh Debbie, those are priceless pictures.
There's that glow about you again when your Ice Princess comes to you on her own accord.
When she rolls over to have her belly rubbed, that is content and trusting on her part.

Wonderful news - delightful pictures.

Her eyes, they always get me. I swear she is seeing things the rest of us don't. Almost like she is looking into the past - or the future.

I think Lizzie always loved you but didn't want to show it until she felt real sure she was there furrever and very comfortable and at ease in HER home:D ;) :D

I'd say that is incredible progress. I do believe she will be a love muffin but on her terms and times only. You know how those darn girls can be!:rolleyes:

Great pictures! Lizzie is a beautiful girl. Misha is as cute as button poking her little head up there!:)
