Maybe it's a .bmp thing. When I clicked on it, it downloaded to my desktop. I saved it as jpeg. Anyway, here is the beautiful Bear in need of a home.

I was able to open it, and for a second I thought it was my ex-foster Murphy! He looks EXACTLY like Murphy!

It's because it wasnt saved as jpeg file.
He looks like Skinny but without white on his chest. A handsome guy indeed ;)

I right-clicked on it and clicked on EDIT. When it opened, I chose SAVE AS jpeg from the edit menu. It worked for me.

If I did this right, I'm attaching the jpeg file.

OK, I SEE THE ISSUE...WHEN I CLICK SAVE AS, IT'LL ONLY SAVE AS BMG FILES...I'M PRETTY COMPUTER ILLITERATE BUT I TRIED THE PULL DOWN TAB, IT ONLY SAID B SOMETHING?? I JUST LOOKED, NOW I CAN'T EVEN FIND IT. THE ONLY THING I KNOW ABOUT COMPUTERS IS STRICTLY SECOND HAND KNOWLEDGE...
