I met and Ent! He was walking around the renissance festival this weekend. I thought it was the most amazing costume I'd ever seen, so I had to take me picture with him.

Amazing costume! Must have been warrrrrmmmm in there! Thanks for taking the pictures, otherwise who would believe it! How tall was the person is costume? I think I remember you saying you're um - vertically challenged - but I don't know how tall you are - it looks twice your height!

He could be just a young Ent. :D

BTW where are those beautiful buildings?

They are actually "fake" buildings. The Renissance Fair in Arizona runs for two months out of the year in a small town in the center of the state. All the building stay up all year though. THey are all mostly just store fronts, even though from the pictures they look big then are really more of a fancy patio, the bottoms are fully open and there are little stores and different kinds of vendors in there.

How tall was the person is costume?

I'd guess around 10' tall, I'm only 5'1" and he really was about twice my height, it hurt my neck to look up at him!

Does the Renn Fest where you're at have the Dead Bob Show?:D

I just wanted to say that is was a weekend well spent.
Cricking my neck, to talk to the Ent.
Straight from the forests, from Middle Earth
He moved rather well, Despite his huge girth.
I posted this picture and hope you can see,
That I am not crazy, for talking to a tree!

I'm not sure really, you just always look different to me. :) Do you change your hairstyle a lot?

Mind you, I'm not very good with faces. I once managed to watch a whole western without recognising John Wayne in the leading role, so you probably shouldn't pay any attention to my opinion on this one. :D

Yes, I do change my hair often. Every summer I buzz off all my hair, then as it grows out I have a tendancy to dye it and style it all different ways, then I get lazy and let it grow into a mop top. Then summer comes around again and I'm sick of the mop and buzz it and the process starts all over again.
