I'm not sure if any of you remember about me talking about my brother & his friend hitting a mailbox? My brother said that his friend "B" jerked the steering wheel from him causing him to hit the mailbox.
Well he ended up fixing that mailbox, and then in January the state police called him about all the mailboxes had been hit. Of course my brother told us that he had just hit the one.
Come to find out a few weeks ago my brother had actually hit 3 mailboxes. Well he said he didn't he said "B" was driving his truck so who knows what really happened. He had to go to the magistrate court here and they are going be charging him $500 for each mailbox he hit. The only thing is good with it they are not going charge him with a felony.
He has to go back and find out exactly how much his fine will be on March 15th.
There was some other boys that also ran over some mailboxes also.
I'm a bit upset with my brother since I thought what he said happened was the truth. I just really hope that for now on he will learn trust as his friend and who not to trust.
