I was changing the bed at the weekend and Samantha decided to help. It had already taken me three times the length of time it should have to get the valance on. I was downstairs ironing the sheet and realised that she still hadn't come down.

Hmm, that duvet looks a bit suspicious.

Awww... Samantha you had found a lovely warm spot to nap. I hope meowmie didn't complain about the grey hairs left on her freshly cleaned white duvet!

Ever once,in a while,I have to adjust the sheets,as I am a restless sleeper,and of course,the Cats,all sit there,like little lumps,of lead.And hiss,at me,when I move them.

You are one smart cat, samantha!! Hiding away as far as possible in a duvet, that is heaven on a cold day like today!!!

Gorgeous Samantha, such a smart girl.

I have to agree, you iron your sheets???? I do the 'take them straight from the dryer while warm and stretch the wrinkles out while putting them on' approach.;)

I had the same reaction....IRONING sheets???? But let's give Karen the benefit of the doubt....maybe it is the duvet cover she is ironing....:D :D

Edwina loves to help make the bed too. Eddie says that is "women's work"....:D  :D

Samantha looks a little grumpy having her wonderful warm nap disturbed!

Can only been one of these UK separatist things:D

But cats prefer ironed sheets, especially when warm;)

Oh, yes...I am NEVER allowed to make the bed without throwing all of them out at least once from under things! Silly kitties... Samantha knows a good thing when she sees it!
