I don't know anything yet but my dad just left to go to the hospital. My grandma went there in an ambulance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think of her. I have NO clue what's going on with her. :( I'm hoping it's nothing serious.

I'm worried and biting my nails to stubs. :(

Memaw is an animal lover herself.

I just thought i'd share a picture of her. Her name is Joyce and she's the most amazing strongest woman I know.
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/pb1eba7b55e1c1c55b118b096c61551c7/fa2ee0b1.jpg

Being very strong, I hope and think she'll be okay.
In the picture she's wearing a shirt I made her, in memory of her baby Kayla. She has 3 dogs - 3 Maltese, whom i've share before.

I know it's probably silly to sit here and talk and yap but I need something to do before I worry my behind off.

I hope she'll be alright. I know how special a grandmother can be. So, try not to worry and hopefully your dad will check in soon and let us all know what's happening. I would call you but I'm at work and can't. Plus, I know how you hate talking on the phone :) Hope to hear some good news soon.

My cousin Amanda just called and gave us some news as to what happened.

We're not sure as to what's actually going on right now..
But I guess my cousin and uncle had just got to my grandparent's - my grandpa arrive at the same time.
They found my grandma laying on the floor with her head on the chair going in and out of conciousness.

:( I'm really worried right now and i'm going to take a shower and get dressed just incase we have to go anywhere.

Please continue the thoughts and prayers. I'll let you all know what's going on as soon as I know.

Thank you all very much.

Well, I guess she's "okay"

Found out she has bronchitis, hasn't aten in two days (because she hasn't felt well and "nothing tasted good") She's on IV's and doing well.

Not sure when she'll be home. Thank gosh it wasn't anything serious.

That's good to hear that it's not real serious. I can't believe she hadn't eaten in two days. Hopefully she won't be in the hospital much longer now. Wonder why she didn't call you and let you know she didn't feel well?

Wow what a scare for you and your family :(. I'm very glad she is doing better now. I wonder if she wasn't fainting from dehydration. I know that can be very serious if not caught in time. Good thing she got to the hospital! Hope she continues to recover quickly. She's obviously a very special lady :)

I'm sorry she's so sick. Do they have any idea why she was unconscious? Bronchitis usually won't cause that, or even going 2 days without eating. I was just wondering if she was diabetic or anything like that.

Hugs - hang in there! Take care of yourself, Grandma.

I'm glad to hear that shes doing better. That must have been scary, but she'll get back to better soon! Prayers still in progress.

She might have passed out from not eating in 2 days. I pass out and get sick when I don't eat breakfast in the morning.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts.

She has been sick with bronchitis for almost 2 weeks. I'm not sure if she's diabetic or not but my dad said he blood pressure was really high (or low?? I forget) She had just had a normal cold and was getting treated for it, but this happened.

I think they kept her overnight so they could get her rehydrated and feeling a bit better. I'll let you guys know more when I know more... I still don't know the whole story.
