No, he isn't a keeper. :) He is a stray. :(

I found him wondering sadly down a street. Thankfully he was on the sidewalk! I stopped and he jumped in :) He only had a choke chain on with no tags. I called the SPCA and a local vets. No one has called yet. :(

He is a Male, Chocolate Lab. who is about 2 years old.

We are calling him Murphy for now. *The pink Collar in the pictures is Nova's. He slipped out the door earlier and had me chaseing him down the street  . Since Nova is good, and doesn't bolt out the door, I gave him her collar to wear which has my name and number. That way if he bolts and someone finds him at least he will come back to me.

He has a whole on the corner of his eye that looks to be about the size of a K9 tooth. It was bleeding a little, but he is fine now (this was before he met my dogs). He also has a red rash or cut or something on his tummy. :(

Will you keep him if no one claims him?

Bless you heart for taking him in! Poor guy:( Gosh, with a collar on he must belong to someone! You might try callling the police too, as a lot of people call there first when there dog goes missing. I do hope his family checks in with someone very soon!

No, I do have an animal rescue so he will stay with me till he finds a home, weither it is his old one or his new one :)

Murp is a guard dog, he was barking and my brother was like "No way, I'm not going in that house." so he called me and is like "guess where I am! Outside, your new dog keeps barking, come let me in." :D So I came and Murp just wanted to say "hi" ;)
