Here's our "C" kitty: This is Claudia, our newest baby - adopted June 25, 2004, after seeing her go into the cage at the PetSmart Luv-A-Pet center just 5 days before that - we weren't necessarily going to get a 4th at that time, but we couldn't resist her, and it's a good thing b/c someone would've snatched her right up! She's supposedly going to be 2 sometime in June 2005, but we don't know - she still acts like a kitten - it might be b/c she's either part or close to all Snowshoe, and that's in their breed. Here are a few cute pics:

Isn't she an angel? We just love her to pieces! We love all our cats, but she's just a sweet, funny, really furry cutie! :) She got a winter coat since these pics were taken.

My "C" of the day...dear old Cookie girl, who lived as a feral for who knows how long before I was able to outsmart her, and take her (and her 4 newborns) in. She went deaf from an inner ear infection while outside, but picked up signals from the other cats, and whenever I approached, she'd take off! The night I got her (after over 2 years:eek: ) she let down her guard, and purred away. She's such a wonderful girl. My treasure, and another one's trash. :(

Here is my feral Cleo. She showed up in the flower garden one day and decided to stick around for a while. I was never able to touch her she was that wild but I provided her with food, shelter and warmth. I lost her 2 years ago. RIP Sweet Cleo and know that you were loved by me.

Yay! I can finally own my own kitty to this thread. Here is Mr. Chester.
He got is name because he hid under the chest'er drawers the first week or so he was home. Since we weren't able to really get to know him, we didn't know what to name him. After about 2 weeks we just decided he NEEDED a name other than "Kitty" and so Chester it was!

Coda was my bottle fed baby! Couldn't catch his feral mother, but we always stole her babies to find them good homes. The year I ended up with Coda, I couldn't take the full liter to bottle feed, but I did take him. The plan was to find him a home once he was weaned, but he was too special to part with! It was a toss-up which letter to put him under since his actual name is Batty Coda (from the movie Fern Gully).
