Ok GiGi... I like that, how about everybody else.? She looks ready to POP! How long before we have babies? I love her color and her face.. With your expert touch, I know she will be a fat, spolied, lap cat in no time!

I've been scoping this area out for a long time...especially after finding a busted open cat carrier there over a year ago. :( It's very desolate during the Winter, but in the Summertime, there's lots of people launching boats into the water. It's a ways from the minor highway, but all, in all, I suspect this girl was a DUMP! I'm sure that she survived off of rats, as that's all that is around the area....along with seagulls. I did check back under the steps where I trapped her...and there's still all the food she spilled uneaten. ;) But I know...daddy cat's out there somewhere. *sigh* G.G girll ya gotta place ta stay:cool:

Oh I hate seeing those scared little faces on them. I'm glad she let you scritch her Jan. She is gorgeous.

I'm lousy at names, so i'll leave that to the others.

I think she is just gorgeous! Like Lorraine, I can't think of any names either, so I will also leave that chore to somebody else.

Stardust popped into my head when I saw her pic.
Her fur looks like it could shimmer....so maybe Shimmer.

Nice work anyway. :)

What a beautiful kitty!!! I love pure grey kitties, they look so elegant and lady like!

How about Eviea, Sadi, or JezzaBella (or Jezzabelle). I think she needs a unique elegant name, so when you see her, and hear her name, you think of a beautiful princess;)

Hey! Grey Girl is a perfectly good kitty name. And just because one of my own kitties is named Grey Girl doesn't mean I'm biased...;)

She has the most amazing smokey colored fur! Once again you did it and caught her before her litter enters the world. How do you do it?

I red a book this week where the cat in the book was named GiGi.

I'm thinking she looks like a Natalie. Don't ask me why, or where that name came from! :D

You say she is very "mellow". So why not call her "Mellow"?

But you could call her Lady Jane, or even just Janie for short, just the whole thing for formal occasions!

You have a preggo girl too Donna? She's adorable...and wouldn't that be cool to have them give birth on the same day! I'm still mulling over names...thanks for all the suggestions so far!:)

Jan,

Yeah. I got her on Tuesday night after work. She had been living outside under someone's porch. She is THE sweetest thing! LOVES belly rubs. We have a ritual in the morning and at night. I go in, put on soft music and rub her belly. It's so cool feeling the babies move. I'm hoping she'll have them this weekend when I'm home.

I'll keep ya all posted!!

DUH, at first I was thinking this WAS Donna's prego! Oh my gosh, there are TWO of them! Babies are a-comin' on PT! She is very pretty and VERY pregnant too! Poor sweet momma's ... but thank GOD and PT rescuers that they are now safe, warm and loved!!! I like the name Pewter! ;)

Wow! She is gorgeous! I guess we are approaching the baby boom time again aren't we? I can't wait to see her kittens. If they look anything like her they will be beautiful!
We will have to see how similar hers and Donna's kittens turn out.
I hate kitten season! It's so hard for me to resist.
