Last nigh I went in to spend some time with Wally and Marty. I got the fuzzy thing on a wand with the feathers on the end and started playing with Wally. Took him awhile to get started but he started playing while laying in his hammock. After awhile he filpped over ON HIS BACK with his feet UP and started PURRING!! We played and played with him purring louder than I have heard a cat purr before, seriously, he has a really loud purr!! All my babies gathered at the door to watch and Chester even came in the room to watch, sitting by the cage for a long time. He was so cute laying on his back in that hammock that I went and got the camera and you know that broke the spell.. He got off of his back when I went back with the camera so I shut the door and took him out of the cage and we played awhile more with Chester trying to play under the closed door with him... Here are some shots I took. I was so excited!! This seemd like a major step in his taming to me, am I right???

He looks so big in the pictures. Chester just thinks he has to be protector of all the cats in your house,,,,he's such a sweet boy.

Once you get one buzzin' away, it's usually not long before the second one chimes in. :D I love it when I have a litter of ~hisssy~spittys and one starts purring...the others look at the purring one like they have 3 heads lol! :D

That is Wonderful News about Wally,and Marty,and you have done,such a Great Job,and hopefully All Your Cats,will be Friends,very soon.

I had to give the "cat room" a major cleaning this morning and I moved them into the main area of the house without the plastic bottom and am waiting to see how my babies adjust to them being in here. Wally is just so busy LOOKIN at everything, OUT of his hammock so Marty is now in there looking around too.. It amazes me, the differances in them when they are in here.

ha! Wally just ran Marty out of the hammock so I put Marty on in there... now to see if he will use it!

VERY SERIOUS PROGRESS!!! They are precious and you are doing such a fantastic job with them Laura!! I'm so happy for those two boys that they met you!! YIPPEE!!! I think they both will be purring lap monsters in no time!!:D :D :D
