I am very depressed today

I don't feel like talking about why I am depressed, but I am just so depressed today and there is a reason for it. If you want to know pm me. I just need prayers sent my way. I am going to try and go back to my counselor and maybe that'll help. I usually don't get depressed that often and I HATE being depressed. I have medicine that helps me but it isn't going to wipe away the reason. I just want you guys to listen, I know I haven't been that great on this board, but I am trying to be more polite and everything. Thanks for listening.
