I have been around much last couple of days. I have not really been feeling that great and I have been busy.

On Saturday, a couple came from Virginia to see Jake. They had been looking for a Chow or Chow mix. They have had raised Chows for a very long time. Of course they fell in love with him and him with them.

They promised to keep me posted on how he does and stuff and try send pictures.

I will miss the little guy alot!! But I know he will have a great home!

I know this was difficult for you but it was the right decision. Now you need to concentrate on getting yourself out of depression so you can be able to concentrate on your family, friends and the animals you have. It won't be easy and it takes time but it's worth it! Best Wishes!

Tina you have made a wise decision, and I know it probably broke your heart to part with Jake, but you know that he will be well loved and taken care of and better still you will have regular contact to know how he is.

Good on you, and I am sorry to hear you are still not feeling great, take care of yourself dear and concentrate on getting well, and looking after number one ok, HUGS.

Great job, Tina:):):) You did a wonderful thing, fostering and helping to find Jake a loving furever home:) I'm sure you are very sad to see him go, but remember, you did a very loving and selfless thing in helping him on his way to a great life! Hopefully the family will keep in touch. {{{HUGS}}} Sandra

I just went back and read your first post about this decision. I missed the whole thing.

A very wise decision on your part, and a very big step.

Good luck to Jake.
