I have a mini lop just like the pet of the day. He's about 8 years old. For the past few months he's had a scab-like thing that has been growing in size on the outside of one of his ears. It's unlike anything I have ever seen! I've heard that Rabbits sometimes get small knat-like things in there ears but this isn't anything like that. And he's an indoor bunny so he has never caught anything except for an occasional eye infection which was immediately cured by antibiotics. Has anyone seen anything like this? I can't imagine what it is. He doesn't seem to be in pain.
