FYI - The SPCA of Texas will be neutering cats for 5 cents on February 22!

isnt that great and I think fort worth is doing it for 1 cent!
I get mine done with a mobile vet and a SNYP coupon, it cost me a total of 26.00

Thats a Fantastic Idea,and I wish,that they had,that in Hamilton,Ontario,as that will reduce,the number,of unwanted Kittens,quite a Bit.
