Why do they do this when there's a perfectly good bowl of water in the kitchen?? Sorry the quality is so low...I took it with my camera phone!

I have,the mental image,of what,you are talking about,as the Found Cats,ahve several watering disnhes,cleaned daily,and an Electric Water Cooler,but still seem,to prefer the Porcelain Water Dispenser!
