Psp Help!

I just got PhotoShop Pro 9, does anybody know how to use this, and I'm talking the WHOLE thing, its very confusing!:rolleyes:

It would be hard to explain the 'whole thing' over a forum. Play around with it and look up tutorials online. It's probably the best way to learn. That's how I do it.
